Executive Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Extensive expertise in payment infrastructure, cloud computing, API ecosystems, AI technologies, and enterprise digital transformation.
- Outstanding commercial leadership, executive communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
