Core Responsibilities

Lead digital banking transformation initiatives, from concept to full-scale deployment, across diverse banking and non-banking financial sectors.

Design and execute large-scale API-first architectures, ensuring open banking compatibility with UAE’s evolving regulatory frameworks.

Establish operational models for AI-powered risk management, anti-fraud intelligence, and advanced credit scoring methodologies.

Partner with regional and international stakeholders to expand real-time cross-border payment corridors between the UAE and global markets.

Champion digital identity, eKYC, and blockchain-enabled authentication systems to enhance customer trust and security.
Required Expertise

12+ years of fintech, digital banking, or enterprise financial technology strategy.

Proven expertise in ISO 20022 compliance, CBDC frameworks, and tokenized asset integration.

Strong fluency in multi-cloud ecosystems, AI/ML deployment, and cybersecurity protocols.

Deep knowledge of the GCC fintech landscape and global regulatory interconnectivity.
