Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished leader to serve as Chief Digital Banking Transformation Strategist, tasked with architecting next-generation fintech solutions designed for the evolving UAE financial sector. This role demands a visionary who can translate strategic objectives into large-scale implementations, particularly in areas such as API-driven open banking, AI-powered digital credit scoring, blockchain-based settlement systems, and cross-border digital remittance infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive comprehensive digital banking transformation strategies aligned with UAE’s central banking regulations, international compliance standards, and cross-jurisdictional fintech policies.

Oversee the migration of traditional banking infrastructures toward fully cloud-native, API-first, and modular fintech ecosystems.

Spearhead the integration of AI, predictive analytics, and digital identity verification technologies to optimize customer experiences and mitigate fraud.

Design interoperable cross-border digital finance frameworks, leveraging blockchain to enhance efficiency in UAE-GCC-Eurozone trade corridors.

Lead multi-stakeholder collaboration with regulators, payment processors, and technology innovators.
Qualifications

Proven track record (12+ years) in digital banking, fintech architecture, or financial innovation leadership.

Advanced knowledge of cloud-native architecture, distributed ledger technologies, and AI in finance.

Familiarity with UAE’s regulatory frameworks (CBUAE, ADGM, DIFC).

Postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Computer Science, or Digital Transformation Strategy.
