This role seeks a seasoned executive to lead strategic digital banking transformation, aligning advanced technology with regulatory frameworks and customer-centric design. The successful candidate will architect scalable platforms, strengthen ecosystem partnerships, and oversee the integration of AI, blockchain, and cloud-native infrastructure across the Kingdom’s banking and fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end digital banking strategies and platforms.

• Drive innovation in payments, digital lending, and customer lifecycle digitization.

• Ensure compliance with SAMA directives while fostering market competitiveness.

• Lead cross-functional remote teams across product, engineering, and compliance.

• Forge partnerships with fintech accelerators, global vendors, and regional banks.

• Oversee digital identity frameworks, RegTech adoption, and cybersecurity resilience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science.

• 12–15 years of fintech or banking transformation experience, including senior leadership.

• Proven track record of executing large-scale digital initiatives in regulated markets.

• Expertise in open banking, payments infrastructure, and enterprise financial architecture.

• Strong GCC market knowledge and international exposure.
