Strategic Overview
The United Arab Emirates, a nexus of financial innovation, invites applications for the position of Chief Digital Banking Architect. This role integrates systemic banking transformation, AI-driven financial intelligence, and digital economy alignment within the context of the UAE’s advanced regulatory and innovation frameworks.
Operating remotely yet deeply integrated within the UAE’s fintech ecosystem, the Executive will lead the development of digital banking infrastructures, enabling next-generation platforms that combine scalability, data integrity, and regulatory resilience.
Key Mandates

Architect end-to-end digital banking ecosystems built upon modular APIs, real-time data orchestration, and cloud-native microservices.

Coordinate cross-sector digitization aligning with UAE’s National Digital Economy Strategy, CBUAE fintech regulations, and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) standards.

Develop scalable open banking frameworks, harmonizing consumer data access with privacy-by-design architectures.

Spearhead integration of AI and behavioral analytics for predictive credit scoring, fraud analytics, and liquidity optimization.

Drive partnerships across UAE fintech hubs to co-develop digital finance incubators, blockchain-based ID frameworks, and tokenized asset ecosystems.
Qualifications

Postgraduate in Systems Engineering, Financial Technology, or Computational Economics.

Minimum 12 years in financial systems architecture or core banking modernization.

Demonstrable expertise in API orchestration, machine learning, and data governance under GCC regulatory frameworks.
