The Chief Digital Assets & Tokenization Officer will define how traditional financial products—equities, bonds, real estate, and alternative assets—are transformed into digitally native, tokenized representations within regulated fintech environments.

Enterprise-Wide Mandate Architecture

1. Tokenization Strategy & Asset Digitization

• Design frameworks for tokenizing real-world assets into blockchain-based financial instruments.

• Enable fractional ownership models and liquidity enhancement through digital asset structures.

• Develop lifecycle management systems for issuance, trading, and settlement of tokenized assets.

2. Digital Asset Infrastructure Development

• Architect end-to-end platforms supporting custody, exchange, and settlement of digital assets.

• Integrate distributed ledger systems with traditional financial market infrastructure.

• Ensure scalability, interoperability, and resilience across asset ecosystems.

3. Regulatory & Governance Alignment

• Interpret digital asset regulations and translate them into operational frameworks.

• Establish governance structures ensuring compliance, transparency, and investor protection.

• Design reporting and audit systems for digital asset transactions.

4. Market Development & Ecosystem Expansion

• Build strategic partnerships across fintech, institutional finance, and technology sectors.

• Drive adoption of tokenized financial instruments across markets.

• Position the ecosystem as a regional leader in digital asset innovation.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in fintech, capital markets, or digital asset ecosystems.

• Proven experience in blockchain-based financial systems and asset tokenization.

• Strong understanding of financial instruments, market infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.

• Executive leadership experience managing global, remote teams.
