Executive Overview
An internationally recognized fintech institution is expanding its executive leadership team and is seeking a transformational Chief Digital Assets & Financial Ecosystems Officer to spearhead the organization’s next era of financial innovation. This highly influential executive will shape enterprise strategy across digital assets, embedded finance, payment modernization, financial infrastructure, ecosystem partnerships, and emerging financial technologies.
The successful executive will collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology leaders, institutional partners, regulatory specialists, and innovation teams to establish scalable financial ecosystems capable of serving international markets while driving sustainable digital transformation.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Define long-term enterprise fintech strategy.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership within fintech, banking, or financial technology.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation.
- Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence board-level decision making.
