Position Overview
The Chief Digital Asset Infrastructure Strategist will lead the design, integration, and governance of a national-scale digital asset infrastructure supporting tokenized payments, institutional blockchain frameworks, and real-time settlement ecosystems. Operating at the intersection of finance, cryptography, and macroeconomic strategy, the role defines how Saudi Arabia’s fintech sector transitions into an asset-tokenized digital economy with full interoperability and compliance alignment.
Primary Responsibilities

Architect a national digital asset infrastructure framework leveraging hybrid blockchain models, multi-chain orchestration, and secure API ecosystems.

Drive interoperability between banking, capital market, and digital asset platforms through standardized smart contract protocols.

Develop scalable frameworks for real-time settlements, CBDC compatibility, and tokenized securities trading environments.

Collaborate with global fintech standards bodies to ensure cross-border asset transfer harmonization and international regulatory compatibility.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the integration of AI-driven liquidity intelligence, risk mapping, and automated asset governance.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in fintech architecture, blockchain systems, or financial market innovation.

Demonstrated expertise in DLT architecture, decentralized finance (DeFi), and digital currency frameworks.

Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Financial Engineering, Blockchain Technology, or Digital Economics.
