Position Summary
Kuwait’s digital banking sector is undergoing a significant transformation toward data-driven intelligence and customer-centric innovation. The Chief Data Intelligence & Digital Banking Strategy Officer will spearhead AI-led financial analytics, open banking data frameworks, and digital platform optimization to create an intelligent, adaptive financial ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead the creation of data-driven digital banking ecosystems that leverage advanced analytics, predictive intelligence, and behavioral modeling.

Design open finance architectures for secure API integrations across financial institutions and fintech partners.

Oversee AI-driven personalization engines that enhance customer engagement through adaptive digital product offerings.

Implement real-time data governance frameworks ensuring compliance, privacy, and cross-border data integrity.

Build strategic alliances with regulators, payment providers, and AI innovators to foster sustainable fintech growth.
Required Expertise

10–15 years in digital banking, data science, or fintech strategy leadership.

Advanced expertise in AI analytics, open banking protocols, and financial data ecosystems.

Deep understanding of GCC regulatory environments and Kuwait’s emerging digital finance initiatives.

Master’s degree or higher in Financial Data Science, Business Intelligence, or Computational Economics.
Strategic Objective
