Strategic Mandate
This role governs the moment where financial intent becomes irreversible financial reality. The Chief Custodian of Fintech Settlement Intelligence & Post-Transaction Systems is responsible for designing, controlling, and evolving the systems that determine how transactions reach finality, how obligations are discharged, and how financial certainty is preserved after execution.
This mandate does not involve front-end payments or trading activity. It focuses on settlement logic, clearing intelligence, reconciliation certainty, and the engineering of post-transaction trust at scale.
Core Responsibilities

Architect digital settlement engines supporting real-time and deferred financial finality.

Define system logic for clearing coordination, obligation netting, and settlement sequencing.

Establish governance frameworks ensuring deterministic settlement outcomes and zero ambiguity in financial completion.

Oversee reconciliation intelligence across payments, digital banking, treasury, and embedded finance platforms.

Design resilience strategies for settlement continuity under peak load, system stress, and cross-platform interaction.

Lead integration of settlement systems with ledger architectures, risk engines, and reporting platforms.

Build and direct senior teams across fintech architecture, financial systems engineering, and operational assurance.
Required Executive Profile

17+ years of experience in fintech settlement systems, post-trade platforms, or financial infrastructure engineering.

Deep mastery of financial finality models, reconciliation logic, and deterministic system behavior.

Proven leadership over mission-critical post-transaction environments.

Exceptional ability to translate financial obligations into executable system logic.

Strong international fintech infrastructure exposure required.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Qatar)

Base Salary: QAR 85,000 – 115,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 60% of base (linked to settlement accuracy, system uptime, and reconciliation performance)
