Strategic Mandate
This role governs the continuous verification of financial truth across live fintech systems. The Chief Controller of Fintech Transaction Integrity, Assurance & Continuous Verification is responsible for ensuring that every transaction, state transition, and financial outcome remains provably correct, internally consistent, and continuously verifiable at scale.
The mandate is not audit in retrospect. It is real-time assurance engineering, embedded verification logic, and system-native financial certainty under perpetual motion.
Core Responsibilities

Architect continuous transaction-verification frameworks embedded directly into fintech platforms.

Define system logic ensuring transaction completeness, sequencing accuracy, and state consistency.

Establish standards for real-time assurance, exception detection, and integrity signaling.

Oversee verification intelligence across payments, digital banking, wallets, and embedded finance systems.

Design escalation and intervention mechanisms for integrity breaches, anomalies, and systemic inconsistencies.

Integrate assurance layers with ledger systems, settlement engines, and risk controls.

Build and lead senior teams across fintech architecture, assurance engineering, and financial systems governance.
Required Executive Profile

16+ years in fintech core systems, transaction platforms, or financial integrity engineering.

Deep expertise in deterministic systems, verification logic, and real-time financial assurance.

Proven leadership over mission-critical, high-volume financial environments.

Exceptional analytical rigor and executive judgment.

Strong international fintech exposure mandatory.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (UAE)

Base Salary: AED 95,000 – 130,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 60% of base (linked to integrity metrics, anomaly reduction, and system stability)
