Role Overview
Saudi Arabia, under Vision 2030, is rapidly expanding its digital finance sector, with blockchain and asset tokenization at its core. The Remote Chief Blockchain & Digital Asset Architect will oversee the design, governance, and deployment of enterprise blockchain solutions, enabling secure digital asset custody, CBDC adoption, and tokenized securities infrastructure for institutions and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end blockchain architecture and enterprise-grade digital finance platforms.

Oversee custody frameworks, token issuance, and smart contract governance models.

Collaborate with SAMA and regional regulators on CBDC pilots and blockchain-enabled settlement systems.

Design secure digital identity, KYC/AML solutions, and cross-border interoperability frameworks.

Establish institutional-grade DeFi protocols integrated with liquidity pools and capital markets.

Define cryptographic security standards, including zero-knowledge proofs and multi-signature custody.
Qualifications

12+ years in blockchain development, enterprise fintech strategy, or DeFi infrastructures.

Expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, R3 Corda, and tokenized asset platforms.

Strong background in digital asset custody, cryptographic frameworks, and scalable tokenization.

Master’s or PhD in Cryptography, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.

Proven track record in large-scale blockchain adoption across financial sectors.
