Strategic Mandate
This role is designed to engineer and govern the financial data fabric that underpins modern fintech ecosystems. The Chief Authority will oversee how raw transactional signals are captured, structured, enriched, analysed, and transformed into operational and strategic intelligence across digital finance platforms.
The mandate transcends analytics dashboards. It focuses on data as infrastructure, ensuring that financial intelligence is real-time, reliable, explainable, and system-embedded, supporting decision-making at both machine and executive levels.
Scope of Authority & Responsibilities

Architect and govern enterprise-grade financial data fabrics, including real-time ingestion, processing, enrichment, and analytics layers.

Define standards for data integrity, lineage, temporal accuracy, and signal reliability.

Oversee deployment of intelligence frameworks across transaction monitoring, platform optimisation, and operational foresight.

Establish governance for data-driven decision accountability, model oversight, and signal validation.

Integrate intelligence layers seamlessly across payments, digital platforms, and transaction-intensive systems.

Act as final authority on financial data coherence, intelligence performance, and long-term scalability.
Executive Profile

17–23+ years in fintech data infrastructure, financial intelligence systems, or large-scale analytics leadership.

Deep understanding of transaction data flows, real-time analytics architectures, and signal processing logic.

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams spanning data engineering, analytics, and fintech operations.

Strong executive judgment reinforced by technical fluency.

Experience operating data systems in high-stakes, mission-critical financial environments.
Compensation Structure (United Arab Emirates)

Base Salary: AED 62,000 – 90,000 per month

Annual Executive Incentive: 35% – 55% of base salary
