Role Mandate
The Chief Architect will design and operationalize a real-time financial data intelligence ecosystem, enabling:
- Continuous risk evaluation
- Instantaneous transaction analysis
- Predictive financial modeling at scale
Strategic Responsibilities
- Architect stream-processing infrastructures for real-time financial data ingestion and transformation
- Design low-latency data pipelines supporting high-frequency transaction environments
- Establish AI-ready data platforms enabling machine learning at scale
- Integrate event-driven architectures for continuous financial intelligence
- Lead the implementation of data governance, lineage tracking, and audit frameworks
- Build cross-border data interoperability systems for multinational financial operations
Technical Architecture Scope
- Streaming: Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Pulsar
- Data Platforms: Snowflake, BigQuery, Delta Lake
- AI Infrastructure: TensorFlow Extended (TFX), ML Ops pipelines
- Cloud: Multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) with geo-distributed clusters
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing systems
Candidate Profile
- 12–20 years in large-scale data architecture or fintech systems engineering
- Expertise in real-time analytics, distributed systems, and financial data modeling
- Proven experience designing data-intensive systems handling millions of events per second
- Strong alignment with regulatory frameworks governing data in GCC financial markets
