Chief Architect – Predictive Analytics & Financial Orchestration

Role Purpose
This role is engineered for a fintech executive responsible for embedding AI, machine learning, and predictive decisioning directly into financial platforms, creating autonomous, self-optimizing systems for payments, lending, digital wallets, and asset management. The mandate emphasizes real-time control, predictive risk governance, and intelligent operational orchestration.
The role combines executive strategy, platform architecture, and system-level AI governance, ensuring platforms operate with high resilience, regulatory compliance, and market-leading performance.
Key Responsibilities

Architect AI-native fintech platforms, integrating intelligence into transaction routing, liquidity optimization, fraud detection, and credit evaluation.

Lead the development of autonomous decision engines capable of real-time risk assessment and dynamic operational adjustment.

Implement closed-loop governance and self-correcting financial systems with embedded auditability.

Design advanced analytics pipelines to deliver predictive insights across transactions, customer behavior, and system performance.

Collaborate with regulators to ensure AI-driven platforms comply with evolving regulatory and operational standards.

Oversee multidisciplinary teams in engineering, data science, risk, and product management.

Represent autonomous-fintech strategy at global innovation, technology, and regulatory forums.
Candidate Profile

16–20 years in fintech, AI-driven financial systems, or digital infrastructure.

Expertise in algorithmic risk management, real-time analytics, and self-optimizing platform design.

Proven experience deploying AI systems in high-volume, regulatory-compliant fintech environments.

Compensation Structure (Annual)

Base Salary: AED 950,000 – 1,250,000

Platform Performance Bonus: AED 300,000 – 450,000

Long-Term Innovation Incentive: AED 400,000 – 600,000

Total Annual Package: AED 1.65M – 2.3M
