Role Overview
Oman’s fintech sector is evolving toward quantitative intelligence-driven capital markets. The Remote Chief Architect of Quantitative Asset Intelligence & DeFi Infrastructure will build advanced AI-driven ecosystems capable of autonomous risk evaluation, portfolio optimization, and cross-chain digital asset management.
This position demands mastery of quantitative finance, machine learning, and blockchain interoperability, creating infrastructure that continuously adapts to market dynamics and institutional requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design AI-powered platforms for decentralized asset management, predictive risk modeling, and quantitative investment strategies.

Architect multi-chain DeFi infrastructure integrating institutional and tokenized assets.

Develop self-learning algorithms for portfolio optimization and dynamic risk assessment.

Implement cross-border interoperability standards aligned with GCC and global financial regulations.

Oversee data integrity, compliance automation, and ethical AI governance in all systems.

Lead research into emerging decentralized protocols, smart contract auditing, and liquidity intelligence.
Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in Quantitative Finance, Computational Economics, or AI Systems Engineering.

10+ years in quantitative finance, DeFi platform architecture, or algorithmic trading systems.

Expertise in reinforcement learning, neural networks, and multi-agent financial simulations.

Knowledge of Oman’s fintech regulations and GCC digital finance strategies.
