Strategic Mandate
This role governs the design and evolution of programmable finance at protocol level. The Chief Architect of Programmable Finance & Fintech Protocol Systems will define how financial logic is encoded, executed, and governed across digital platforms, enabling scalable, automated, and interoperable fintech ecosystems.
The mandate is not application development. It is financial protocol architecture, logic-layer sovereignty, and long-term system composability.
Core Responsibilities

Architect programmable finance frameworks enabling automated execution of payments, lending logic, settlement conditions, and financial workflows.

Design protocol-level standards governing financial rule execution, transaction finality, and system interoperability.

Oversee the integration of programmable financial logic across payments, digital banking, embedded finance, and platform-based financial services.

Establish governance for protocol upgrades, backward compatibility, and system evolution without structural disruption.

Lead system design for event-driven finance, rule-based transaction orchestration, and machine-readable financial contracts.

Coordinate senior engineering, financial systems, and security leaders under a unified protocol architecture vision.

Represent programmable-finance architecture at international fintech and systems-engineering forums.
Required Executive Profile

16+ years in fintech systems architecture, financial platforms, or protocol-level system design.

Deep expertise in distributed systems, programmable logic frameworks, and financial workflow automation.

Proven experience designing long-lived, upgradeable financial system architectures.

Strong conceptual thinker capable of translating financial behavior into executable system logic.

International fintech exposure is essential.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (UAE)

Base Salary: AED 105,000 – 140,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 35% – 55% of base (linked to protocol adoption, system stability, and architectural maturity)
