This executive mandate is established to provide authoritative leadership over the structural design, strategic evolution, and long-term governance of fintech platforms and digital payment ecosystems. The role operates at a macro-architectural level, shaping how complex financial technology systems are constructed, scaled, interconnected, and sustained across jurisdictions.
This is a remote, high-autonomy executive role aligned with the UAE’s position as a global digital finance and payments nexus.
Executive Mandate

Define long-term strategic architecture for digital payments platforms, wallet ecosystems, transaction orchestration layers, and financial data infrastructure.

Establish executive-level principles governing interoperability, scalability, resilience, latency management, and transaction integrity.

Design conceptual models for real-time payments, cross-border settlement mechanisms, and multi-rail transaction environments.

Translate regulatory expectations, economic realities, and technological change into coherent fintech platform strategies.

Produce board-grade deliverables, including strategic vision papers, reference architectures, and 5–10-year fintech evolution roadmaps.

Evaluate emerging paradigms such as programmable finance, AI-driven transaction intelligence, and next-generation settlement frameworks.

Executive Profile

18–25 years of experience in fintech platforms, digital payments, or large-scale financial systems.
