Role Overview
Kuwait’s fintech sector is transitioning toward a new paradigm — one defined by AI-enhanced payment intelligence, adaptive monetary flow systems, and borderless liquidity management. The Remote Chief Architect of Digital Payments Intelligence & Monetary Flow Optimization will lead the structural and algorithmic design of Kuwait’s advanced digital payments ecosystem — building frameworks that optimize transactional efficiency, automate compliance, and integrate with decentralized liquidity networks across the GCC.
This position is at the frontier of applied financial cybernetics: designing self-regulating, real-time, data-driven systems capable of predicting, analyzing, and stabilizing monetary flow at both national and institutional scales.
Key Responsibilities

Architect Kuwait’s next-generation AI-driven payments infrastructure using real-time settlement and data orchestration models.

Develop adaptive payment intelligence algorithms that optimize liquidity distribution and cross-platform interoperability.

Design decentralized compliance engines capable of self-auditing and dynamic regulation alignment.

Oversee integration of predictive risk analytics into digital payment gateways and API ecosystems.

Formulate the architectural blueprint for real-time payment visibility and digital transaction sovereignty across fintech platforms.

Lead cross-border payment standardization initiatives harmonizing Kuwait’s fintech infrastructure with GCC interoperability frameworks.
Qualifications

PhD or advanced degree in Financial Systems Engineering, Data Science, or Digital Economics.

10+ years of experience in payment architecture, real-time settlements, or digital transaction analytics.

Expertise in AI-driven risk optimization, liquidity modeling, and decentralized financial operations.
