Position Purpose
Oman’s fintech sector is entering a pivotal era of digital convergence—bridging open finance, AI analytics, and blockchain resilience into a cohesive infrastructure. The Chief Architect of Digital Financial Platforms will steer the strategic and technical foundation for next-generation financial systems, harmonizing interoperability, compliance, and customer-centric innovation across multi-cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute a digital financial infrastructure blueprint that integrates open API ecosystems, payment rails, and customer-identity frameworks at national scale.

Lead cross-functional teams in deploying AI-driven transaction intelligence and real-time credit scoring engines for fintech and financial institutions.

Design secure, cloud-native microservice architectures, optimized for regulatory compliance, latency minimization, and scalability.

Establish DevSecOps and blockchain-based trust frameworks ensuring secure data exchange across domestic and international corridors.

Collaborate with policymakers to align architecture standards with Oman’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) and emerging GCC fintech directives.
Qualifications & Expertise

12+ years’ leadership in fintech systems engineering, digital banking architecture, or cloud infrastructure design.

Proven fluency in ISO 20022, AI governance, DLT integration, and regulatory data frameworks.

Advanced technical command of Kubernetes, containerization, encryption, and distributed compliance automation.

Strategic understanding of GCC regulatory modernization and financial technology transformation.
