Role Overview
The Remote Chief Architect of Digital Asset Liquidity will oversee the design and implementation of multi-chain liquidity frameworks across Oman’s digital finance ecosystem. You will develop advanced strategies for liquidity allocation, systemic risk mitigation, and operational efficiency, translating sophisticated quantitative models into executable strategies for tokenized markets.
Your responsibilities include modeling cross-chain interactions, anticipating market stress, and dynamically managing liquidity distribution. You will also collaborate closely with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure frameworks are both mathematically sound and operationally aligned with policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Design advanced liquidity management frameworks for multi-chain tokenized assets.

Implement predictive risk modeling to assess volatility propagation and liquidity shocks.

Optimize cross-chain asset allocation to maintain systemic stability and operational efficiency.

Ensure regulatory alignment with Omani fintech policy and GCC standards.

Lead and mentor teams of quantitative analysts, blockchain engineers, and risk managers.
Candidate Profile

PhD or equivalent in Quantitative Finance, Computational Economics, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years in crypto finance, liquidity optimization, or multi-chain asset management.

Expertise in systemic risk analysis, liquidity engineering, and decentralized network optimization.

Proven leadership in high-complexity, multi-disciplinary technical environments.

Familiarity with Oman’s fintech regulations and cross-border digital asset frameworks.
