Role Overview
The Remote Chief Architect of Cross-Chain Liquidity & Payment Systems will design and execute frameworks that govern multi-chain liquidity flows and algorithmic payment networks across Qatar. Your work will synthesize advanced quantitative modeling, operational optimization, and risk engineering, ensuring resilient, efficient, and compliant tokenized markets.
You will model dynamic liquidity propagation, optimize transaction routing strategies, and implement protocols that maintain systemic stability across interconnected blockchain networks. This position requires both executive-level strategic insight and hands-on technical leadership, bridging the abstract design of liquidity systems with real-world operational execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead development of cross-chain payment and liquidity architectures for tokenized assets.

Optimize dynamic asset allocation in response to transactional patterns and market volatility.

Conduct risk analysis and stress testing of algorithmic payment protocols under various scenarios.

Collaborate with Qatar Central Bank and regulators to ensure mathematical frameworks align with compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

PhD in Quantitative Finance, Computational Economics, or Systems Engineering.

10+ years in crypto finance, decentralized liquidity management, or multi-chain payment systems.

Demonstrated expertise in algorithmic liquidity routing, cross-chain optimization, and systemic risk mitigation.

Strong leadership and strategic planning experience in complex fintech environments.

Familiarity with GCC regulatory frameworks and Qatar-specific fintech initiatives.
