Position Overview

The Chief Architect of AI-Enhanced WealthTech is a senior remote leadership role tasked with designing, building, and overseeing Bahrain-aligned digital wealth ecosystems. The position requires mastery in AI-driven robo-advisory systems, multi-asset portfolio optimization engines, dynamic risk assessment frameworks, and market intelligence integration. The role combines technology leadership, quantitative finance expertise, and regulatory insight to create a robust, scalable, and globally compliant digital wealth infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI-driven robo-advisory systems integrating predictive market analytics, behavioral finance insights, and dynamic asset allocation algorithms.

• Develop multi-layered risk management frameworks capable of stress-testing, scenario simulation, and adaptive portfolio rebalancing across asset classes.

• Build and maintain client-facing digital wealth interfaces delivering actionable investment recommendations, regulatory reporting, and performance analytics.

• Implement automated compliance and suitability modules aligned with Bahrain financial regulations and international wealth governance standards.

• Integrate market signal fusion pipelines combining macroeconomic, sentiment, and alternative data streams to inform algorithmic investment strategies.

• Lead cross-functional teams of quantitative engineers, data scientists, software architects, and regulatory specialists in delivering scalable WealthTech platforms.

• Produce comprehensive documentation, including system architecture blueprints, governance protocols, risk analytics reports, and strategic technology roadmaps.

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in digital wealth platform development, quantitative finance, AI-based advisory systems, or portfolio management technology.

• Deep proficiency in machine learning, multi-asset portfolio optimization, predictive analytics, and risk-adjusted investment algorithms.

• Strong understanding of Bahrain regulatory frameworks, GCC wealth governance policies, and global financial compliance standards.

• Experience in cloud-native architectures, high-performance data processing, and large-scale WealthTech system deployment.
