Position Purpose
This role is tailored for a technology visionary and quantitative strategist capable of developing algorithmic WealthTech platforms integrating artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and multi-asset digital portfolios. The Chief Architect will build a next-generation digital wealth ecosystem for Oman’s emerging fintech landscape—merging behavioral finance, quantum data analytics, and tokenized investment instruments into a unified digital advisory platform.
Responsibilities

Architect AI-powered portfolio management systems that deliver hyper-personalized investment strategies through predictive analytics.

Develop real-time risk quantification engines using deep learning models, multi-factor analysis, and alternative data sources.

Design tokenized wealth management frameworks supporting hybrid digital-asset portfolios, including ETFs, stablecoins, and structured products.

Implement quantum-resistant data infrastructures ensuring secure and compliant financial data computation.

Oversee integration of ESG analytics, sustainability-linked financial instruments, and AI-based customer profiling for intelligent wealth management.
Core Competencies

Deep knowledge of quantitative finance, algorithmic trading, and asset tokenization.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and financial modeling languages for real-time portfolio simulation.

Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and financial risk modeling frameworks.

Experience with digital wealth management platforms or AI-driven investment ecosystems.
Preferred Education

PhD or MSc in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, or Financial Engineering.

Prior authorship in fintech analytics, algorithmic portfolio optimization, or AI-driven asset intelligence systems.
