Role Overview
Oman is positioning itself as an emerging fintech hub, seeking to redefine digital financial ecosystems through AI, open banking frameworks, and cross-border digital platforms. The Chief Architect of AI-Driven Banking & Digital Ecosystem Strategy will lead the development of customer-centric, AI-powered financial platforms that integrate with global fintech infrastructures.
This role is designed to transform traditional banking models into digital-first, predictive ecosystems, embedding intelligence into retail, SME, and corporate finance across the region.
Strategic Mandates

Design AI-driven core banking systems with predictive analytics and customer intelligence.

Lead implementation of open banking APIs enabling GCC-wide and global interoperability.

Introduce intelligent fraud prevention frameworks using advanced machine learning.

Establish Oman’s footprint in regional fintech collaborations and innovation hubs.

Deliver digitally inclusive solutions that scale financial access across markets.
Candidate Profile

15+ years in digital banking transformation, fintech strategy, or AI-driven finance.

Proven experience with cloud-native ecosystems and RegTech compliance.

Strong ability to lead cross-border technology and regulatory collaborations.
