Role Overview

Oman is building a new digital financial backbone, merging AI-driven banking intelligence with regional fintech expansion. As the Chief Architect – Fintech Intelligence, AI Banking, & Predictive Risk Systems, you will engineer adaptive banking ecosystems capable of real-time decision-making, predictive credit scoring, and personalized digital wealth journeys.

Core Responsibilities

• Build AI-native digital banking platforms with predictive credit scoring, behavioral segmentation, and automated compliance.

• Lead risk intelligence frameworks, integrating real-time macroeconomic indicators, liquidity stress testing, and algorithmic portfolio monitoring.

• Advance WealthTech ecosystems, combining robo-advisory, tokenized ESG investments, and hyper-personalized client experiences.

• Oversee integration of explainable AI (XAI) to ensure regulatory transparency in risk decisioning.

• Collaborate with GCC regulators to develop AI compliance sandboxes and digital supervisory models.

• Drive regional expansion strategies positioning Oman as a fintech intelligence hub.

Ideal Profile

• 20+ years in banking transformation, AI fintech architectures, or digital risk innovation.

• Technical expertise in ML risk engines, XAI, and predictive financial modeling.

• Proven leadership in AI regulatory frameworks, digital wealth ecosystems, and large-scale risk platforms.

• International exposure in scaling fintech solutions across emerging and advanced economies.
