Role Purpose
This position is crafted for a senior fintech architect responsible for defining how identity, trust, and authority are established, validated, and enforced across digital financial platforms. The mandate centers on identity resolution, authentication logic, entitlement modeling, and access control, all embedded natively into fintech transaction flows.
The Chief Architect will ensure that every financial action is cryptographically, logically, and procedurally attributable to a verified identity under clearly defined trust rules.
Key Responsibilities

Architect fintech identity frameworks supporting users, systems, APIs, and machine actors

Define authentication and authorization models aligned with real-time transaction processing

Design entitlement and role-based control systems for complex fintech ecosystems

Establish standards for identity lifecycle management, credential rotation, and trust revocation

Oversee integration of identity systems with payments, ledgers, and decision engines

Act as senior authority on platform trust, access disputes, and security architecture
Required Expertise

16–24+ years in fintech security architecture, identity platforms, or access control systems

Deep understanding of identity resolution, cryptographic trust, and platform security models

Experience deploying identity systems at population and ecosystem scale

Ability to balance security rigor with platform performance and usability
Compensation & Salary Structure

Base Salary: OMR 8,500 – OMR 12,500 per month

Annual Performance Bonus: 35% – 55%
