Strategic Role Mandate
This role is designed for a senior fintech architect responsible for designing and governing large-scale digital wealth infrastructure platforms. The mandate is to embed portfolio logic, product mechanics, economic models, and lifecycle governance into the platform architecture to ensure resilience, scalability, and transparency across institutional and high-net-worth financial services.
The position is neither product sales nor operational management. It is a wealth-platform architecture mandate, operating at the strategic intersection of technology, product economics, and systemic platform sustainability.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect digital wealth platforms supporting portfolio construction, allocation engines, performance analytics, and lifecycle management.

Define platform economic models, pricing logic, and cost structures embedded directly into system design.

Establish architectural standards for scalability, modularity, fault tolerance, and auditability.

Collaborate with distributed engineering, risk, and product teams to translate financial logic into robust, executable system architectures.

Produce executive-grade documentation, platform evolution strategies, and long-term governance frameworks.

Oversee scenario planning and stress testing to ensure systemic resilience under high-volume and complex portfolio conditions.
Required Expertise & Professional Profile

Extensive experience in wealth-tech platforms, digital finance infrastructure, or financial product architecture.

Strong command of portfolio mechanics, economic modeling, and platform governance at scale.

Ability to operate independently at senior strategic level in fully remote environments.

Exceptional analytical rigor, architectural reasoning, and communication skills.

Demonstrated success in designing durable, scalable, and economically resilient fintech platforms.
Compensation Structure (Remote – Qatar Aligned)

Base Monthly Compensation: QAR 50,000 – QAR 70,000

Annualised Range: QAR 600,000 – QAR 840,000

Long-Term Performance Incentive: Up to 30% annually

Additional Provisions: Platform research budget, executive learning allowance, extended contract continuity incentives
