This executive role is positioned at the intersection of national digital payments infrastructure, cross-border financial flow design, and large-scale transaction orchestration. The mandate is not limited to product delivery; it is concerned with how monetary value moves, transforms, and settles across platforms, jurisdictions, and digital rails with absolute precision.
The position governs the structural integrity, scalability, and architectural sovereignty of next-generation payment ecosystems.
Core Executive Responsibilities

Design end-to-end digital payment architectures spanning initiation, authorization, routing, clearing, and settlement.

Engineer monetary flow logic ensuring accuracy, reversibility controls, and deterministic outcomes.

Define platform-level abstractions separating payment logic from channel-specific implementations.

Architect high-availability transaction rails supporting real-time and deferred settlement models.

Establish governance frameworks for payment orchestration, reconciliation, and exception handling.

Integrate cross-border interoperability layers without compromising performance or control.

Lead large-scale architectural reviews, stress testing, and throughput simulations.

Represent payment-architecture strategy in regional and international fintech forums.
Executive Profile

17+ years in fintech payments, transaction platforms, or financial infrastructure.

Deep expertise in payments architecture, settlement mechanics, and throughput optimization.

Strong executive presence with the ability to guide national-scale systems.

Compensation Structure (Annual)

Base Salary: QAR 1,200,000 – 1,500,000

Platform Performance Bonus: QAR 360,000 – 520,000

Long-Term Architecture Stewardship Incentive: QAR 450,000 – 700,000

Total Annual Package: QAR 2.01M – 2.72M
