The role of Chief Architect is positioned as the ultimate technical authority overseeing the redesign of core banking systems into composable, cloud-native, API-first ecosystems. This is not a conventional architecture role—it is a macro-level transformation mandate involving systemic re-engineering of legacy financial infrastructure into modular, future-proof platforms.

1. Core Banking Re-Architecture

• Lead the decomposition of monolithic core banking systems into microservices-based architectures.

• Implement composable banking frameworks enabling rapid product deployment and modular upgrades.

• Drive migration toward cloud-native infrastructure with hybrid and multi-cloud capabilities.
