Position Summary
We are inviting visionary applications for Chief Architect – Decentralized Finance & Tokenized Market Infrastructure, a role requiring mastery in DeFi ecosystems, tokenization of real-world assets, and next-generation settlement infrastructure. The mandate is to design institutional-grade decentralized finance platforms aligned with the UAE’s ambition to be a global digital finance hub.
Core Responsibilities

Develop DeFi protocols that enable institutional adoption, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and regulatory resilience.

Oversee the tokenization of real estate, commodities, and sovereign-backed assets, enabling cross-border trading and liquidity enhancement.

Architect hybrid market infrastructures integrating centralized and decentralized financial platforms.

Deploy digital custody frameworks, smart contract audits, and quantum-resilient cybersecurity systems.

Lead collaborations with UAE regulators, international DeFi consortia, and global digital asset networks.
Key Qualifications

12+ years of senior leadership in digital asset strategy, blockchain architecture, or decentralized financial platforms.

Advanced expertise in smart contract engineering, asset tokenization, blockchain scalability solutions, and DeFi risk frameworks.

Familiarity with UAE Central Bank, ADGM, and DIFC digital asset policies.

Academic or professional credentials in Computer Science, Applied Cryptography, or Financial Engineering.
