Role Overview
The Chief Architect will be responsible for leading enterprise-level blockchain frameworks and digital asset infrastructure for the Kuwaiti fintech sector. This includes the creation of secure transaction platforms, compliance automation systems, and tokenized asset ecosystems aligned with Central Bank of Kuwait regulatory priorities and international standards.
Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise blockchain ecosystems for financial institutions.

Develop digital identity, KYC/AML compliance, and cross-border settlement solutions.

Ensure infrastructure adheres to Basel III, FATF, and CBK regulatory frameworks.

Lead cryptographic security architecture and cyber-resilience strategies.

Establish collaborations with government entities, banks, and fintech startups.
Qualifications

12+ years in blockchain architecture, digital asset management, or RegTech innovation.

Mastery of DLT, cryptography, and large-scale compliance automation frameworks.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or Financial Engineering.

Track record in deploying blockchain solutions in regulated financial markets.
