Role Overview

The Chief Architect for AI-Driven Financial Risk & Predictive Compliance Systems will design next-generation RegTech platforms for Qatar’s financial sector. The role integrates machine learning, predictive risk modeling, anomaly detection, and data-governance frameworks to deliver intelligent compliance automation. The architect will oversee enterprise-scale risk engines, AI-enabled transaction monitoring, and governance frameworks aligned with GCC regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI/ML-powered compliance platforms for real-time anomaly detection, predictive risk scoring, and behavioral analytics.

• Develop automated compliance engines integrating regulatory interpretation, reporting, and audit evidence generation.

• Build enterprise-grade data governance systems ensuring secure, traceable, and auditable financial data management.

• Engineer cloud-native analytics pipelines, microservices, and distributed computation systems for high-volume financial data.

• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing governance standards, explainability frameworks, and predictive compliance strategies.

• Produce executive-level architecture documentation, strategic roadmaps, and regulatory-aligned design blueprints.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in financial-risk systems, AI/ML RegTech, or predictive compliance architecture.

• Expertise in anomaly detection, AML analytics, graph analysis, and high-integrity data governance.

• Strong knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks and Qatar’s fintech modernization initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale AI governance and RegTech transformation projects.
