This role is designed for a senior fintech architect to lead the creation of AI-powered financial intelligence platforms that underpin modern digital finance ecosystems. With Saudi Arabia as the core market reference, the mandate focuses on large-scale risk intelligence, predictive analytics, and autonomous decision engines supporting payments, digital banking, and advanced financial services.

The role operates at the frontier of artificial intelligence, financial data platforms, and regulatory-aware system design.

Key Strategic Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-grade AI and machine-learning platforms for fraud detection, credit intelligence, and systemic risk monitoring.

• Design real-time data ingestion and analytics pipelines capable of processing high-volume financial signals.

• Establish governance frameworks for model explainability, bias mitigation, and AI accountability.

• Integrate financial intelligence capabilities directly into product, operations, and decision workflows.

• Advise senior stakeholders on the commercialization and strategic leverage of financial data assets.

• Lead long-term roadmap development for autonomous financial decision systems.

Professional Profile

• 12–18+ years in fintech architecture, data science, AI systems, or financial analytics leadership.

• Proven experience designing large-scale, real-time analytical platforms in regulated environments.

• Strong command of advanced analytics, machine learning frameworks, and distributed data systems.

• Ability to align deep technical architecture with national-scale digital finance ambitions.

Compensation Structure (Indicative, Internationally Benchmarked)

• Base Salary: USD 170,000 – 220,000 per annum.

• Annual Performance Bonus: 30%–40% of base salary.
