A prestigious fintech organization is seeking an accomplished Blockchain Solutions Consultant to advise executive stakeholders on enterprise blockchain adoption, cryptocurrency infrastructure, tokenization initiatives, digital asset platforms, and distributed ledger innovation.
This strategic consulting role combines business advisory, technology insight, and financial expertise. Rather than focusing solely on software implementation, you will help business leaders evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, optimize digital asset strategies, and design scalable enterprise solutions that deliver measurable commercial value.
Working alongside Enterprise Architects, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Payments Specialists, Digital Banking Executives, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Professionals, Executive Leadership, and international technology partners, you will contribute to the delivery of globally competitive digital financial services.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Advise executive leadership on blockchain and digital asset strategies.
- Conduct enterprise blockchain readiness assessments.
- Develop digital transformation roadmaps for blockchain initiatives.
- Evaluate tokenization opportunities and digital financial products.
- Facilitate executive workshops and solution design sessions.
- Prepare strategic business cases and technology investment proposals.
- Support enterprise blockchain implementation programmes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on solution architecture.
- Assess operational and technology risks associated with blockchain initiatives.
- Monitor international technology trends and innovation opportunities.
- Mentor consulting teams and business stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at global fintech, blockchain, and digital finance conferences.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in blockchain consulting, fintech, enterprise technology, cryptocurrency, or digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies, enterprise architecture, and financial innovation.
