A rapidly growing fintech banking organization is searching for a highly strategic Blockchain Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between emerging blockchain technologies and enterprise financial transformation.
This is not a conventional development role. It is a client-facing, innovation-driven position where you will advise business leaders, product owners, and technology teams on how distributed ledger technology can unlock new opportunities across digital payments, tokenization, trade finance, identity verification, asset digitization, and cross-border financial services.
You will collaborate with software engineers, architects, compliance professionals, product managers, cybersecurity specialists, and executive stakeholders to design practical blockchain solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Core Responsibilities
- Assess business requirements and identify blockchain use cases.
- Design enterprise blockchain solution architectures.
- Develop proof-of-concept applications and technical prototypes.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Produce technical proposals, implementation roadmaps, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout project delivery.
- Evaluate blockchain platforms and emerging technologies.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments.
- Support digital transformation programmes.
- Promote innovation across enterprise financial services.
- Mentor internal teams on blockchain adoption strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6–9 years of professional experience in technology consulting, fintech, enterprise architecture, or blockchain solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
