Strategic Role Overview
This role is designed for a senior fintech authority responsible for the architectural leadership, systemic integrity, and long-term evolution of blockchain-based financial infrastructure. The appointment reflects the increasing institutionalization of distributed ledger technologies within global fintech environments, where performance, governance, and operational predictability are as critical as innovation.
Operating remotely with Dubai as a strategic coordination hub, the Executive Principal will oversee how distributed ledgers, smart-contract frameworks, digital asset transaction layers, and consensus mechanisms are designed, governed, and integrated into broader fintech ecosystems. The role emphasizes infrastructure maturity, architectural discipline, and enterprise-grade execution, rather than experimental deployment.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and govern enterprise-grade blockchain and distributed ledger infrastructures supporting high-throughput, low-latency financial use cases.

Define system-level standards for consensus design, transaction finality, ledger synchronization, and data integrity.

Oversee the design of digital asset transaction lifecycles, including issuance logic, transfer mechanisms, custody integration, and reconciliation models.

Establish governance frameworks for smart-contract lifecycle management, upgradeability, and operational risk mitigation.

Design scalability strategies addressing network throughput, cost efficiency, and operational sustainability.

Lead globally distributed technical and architectural teams in a fully remote operating model.

Produce institutional-grade documentation covering architecture principles, system roadmaps, and long-term infrastructure evolution.
Professional Profile

15–22 years of experience in fintech infrastructure, blockchain systems, or distributed financial platforms.

Deep understanding of distributed ledger architectures, consensus models, and transaction orchestration.

Strong expertise in cloud-native systems, cryptographic primitives, and large-scale distributed environments.

Proven ability to translate complex decentralized systems into stable, institutionally credible architectures.

Excellent executive communication and documentation capability.
Compensation & Engagement

Annual Compensation: AED 800,000 – 1,250,000 (tax-free)
