A pioneering fintech banking institution is accelerating its investment in blockchain-powered financial infrastructure and is seeking an exceptional Blockchain Engineer to build secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade distributed ledger solutions supporting institutional digital asset services, programmable payments, tokenized financial products, and next-generation settlement networks.

You will design high-performance blockchain applications, architect secure smart contract ecosystems, integrate decentralized technologies with enterprise banking platforms, and develop resilient financial infrastructure capable of processing high-value digital transactions with speed, transparency, and reliability.
Working alongside Enterprise Architects, Cryptography Specialists, Platform Engineers, Cybersecurity Experts, DevOps Engineers, Software Developers, Product Managers, Compliance Professionals, Risk Specialists, and Executive Technology Leadership, you will help shape one of the Gulf region’s most advanced blockchain engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise blockchain applications.
- Build secure distributed ledger infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize smart contracts for financial applications.
- Integrate blockchain services with digital banking platforms and payment gateways.
- Create APIs supporting blockchain-enabled financial services.
- Perform blockchain performance optimization and scalability improvements.
- Conduct smart contract testing and security reviews.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen blockchain security.
- Support cloud-native deployment and automation initiatives.
- Produce technical architecture documentation and engineering standards.
- Research emerging blockchain protocols and enterprise adoption opportunities.
- Mentor software engineers and contribute to technical innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 7–10 years of software engineering experience, including significant exposure to blockchain technologies.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cryptographic concepts, and secure software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
