Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Principal to provide advanced technical leadership across blockchain infrastructure, digital-asset platforms, distributed-ledger applications, and next-generation financial systems.
The role is designed for a senior technology professional who can operate between engineering execution, platform architecture, product strategy, cybersecurity, and financial infrastructure. The successful candidate will help define technical standards for highly resilient financial platforms while evaluating emerging blockchain technologies for practical enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction of blockchain and distributed-ledger initiatives.

Design scalable architectures for digital-asset and financial technology platforms.

Establish engineering standards for blockchain applications, APIs, smart-contract environments, and financial integrations.

Evaluate emerging blockchain protocols and infrastructure technologies.

Work closely with product, engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and financial-services teams.

Develop technical roadmaps aligned with long-term fintech objectives.

Review blockchain infrastructure for scalability, reliability, performance, and security.

Establish development standards, documentation frameworks, testing methodologies, and deployment practices.

Analyze opportunities for tokenized financial instruments and blockchain-enabled settlement.

Support integration between blockchain platforms and conventional financial infrastructure.

Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Mentor senior engineers and provide technical guidance across complex projects.

Participate in architecture reviews and major technology investment decisions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

8+ years of experience in software engineering, fintech infrastructure, blockchain, distributed systems, or financial technology.

Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed systems.

Experience with APIs, cloud infrastructure, databases, microservices, and secure software development.

Understanding of cryptographic principles and digital-asset infrastructure.

Experience leading technically complex projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
