Position Overview
A rapidly expanding technology organization is seeking an innovative Blockchain Developer to design, build, and optimize decentralized applications and blockchain-based solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems while driving innovation across digital assets, smart contracts, and decentralized technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications and decentralized solutions.
- Develop and deploy secure smart contracts.
- Build and integrate blockchain APIs with enterprise applications.
- Optimize blockchain network performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct smart contract testing, auditing, and debugging.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams.
- Implement cryptographic protocols and blockchain security best practices.
- Monitor blockchain infrastructure and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and architectural specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience developing blockchain applications using Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript, or Python.
- Understanding of distributed systems and cryptography.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
