A Blockchain Compliance & Risk Manager is required to oversee governance frameworks, AML controls, and risk monitoring across blockchain-based financial systems.

This hybrid role combines remote compliance leadership with strategic local collaboration for audits, governance reviews, and regulatory coordination.

Core Mission

To ensure blockchain financial operations maintain:

• Full compliance with digital asset governance expectations
• Strong AML/CFT transaction monitoring
• Controlled risk exposure across crypto financial systems

Primary Responsibilities

1. Blockchain Compliance Oversight

• Build and maintain compliance frameworks for blockchain-enabled financial operations.
• Ensure digital asset activities align with internal governance and regulatory expectations.
• Support licensing readiness and operational audit preparation.

2. AML/CFT Risk Management

• Monitor blockchain transaction flows for suspicious financial activity.
• Review wallet-level exposure and high-risk transaction behavior.
• Strengthen financial crime prevention controls across crypto operations.

3. Governance & Policy Development

• Translate regulatory requirements into operational compliance processes.
• Develop governance policies for wallet approvals, treasury controls, and transaction reviews.
• Ensure compliance-by-design across blockchain workflows.

4. Cross-Team Regulatory Coordination

• Work closely with legal, finance, engineering, and product teams.
• Support regulatory reporting and audit documentation.
• Improve risk reporting for executive decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–9+ years in fintech compliance, financial crime prevention, or blockchain governance
