A Blockchain Compliance Analyst is required to monitor, analyze, and assess blockchain transactions to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal risk standards.

Core Mission

To support blockchain financial systems by ensuring:

• Early detection of suspicious crypto activity
• Accurate risk classification of blockchain transactions
• Continuous monitoring of digital asset flows

Key Responsibilities

1. Blockchain Transaction Monitoring

• Analyze blockchain transactions using on-chain analytics tools.
• Identify patterns linked to high-risk wallets or entities.
• Monitor transaction flows across multiple blockchain networks.

2. Risk Scoring & Analysis

• Assign risk levels to wallet addresses and transactions.
• Evaluate exposure to illicit finance risks such as fraud or money laundering.
• Support escalation processes for high-risk activities.

3. AML Compliance Support

• Assist in implementing AML policies tailored for crypto environments.
• Maintain compliance records for blockchain-based transactions.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements.

4. Data & Reporting

• Generate compliance reports based on blockchain activity trends.
• Visualize transaction flows and risk indicators for internal teams.
• Provide insights to improve compliance decision-making systems.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, or similar concepts)
• SQL and data querying
• Understanding of crypto transaction structures
• Risk analysis and compliance reporting

Candidate Profile

• 4–8+ years in compliance, risk, or financial analysis roles
• Familiarity with blockchain or cryptocurrency ecosystems
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset
• Experience in AML or financial crime prevention preferred
