A payment system must remain available during extraordinary demand. A banking platform must preserve data integrity under failure. An API ecosystem must accommodate thousands of connections without becoming impossible to govern.
We are seeking an exceptional Architect to design cloud-native financial systems engineered for scale, resilience, security, performance, and continuous evolution.
ARCHITECTURAL RESPONSIBILITY
You will:

Define cloud architecture for mission-critical fintech platforms.

Design highly available financial systems and distributed services.
-
Develop reference architectures for digital banking and payment applications.
-
Establish microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.
-
Design secure API ecosystems and integration frameworks.
-
Develop cloud migration and modernization strategies.
-
Establish infrastructure standards across engineering teams.
-
Define principles for resilience, disaster recovery, scalability, and observability.
-
Evaluate infrastructure performance and identify architectural bottlenecks.
-
Work with cybersecurity teams to integrate security into architecture from inception.
-
Establish technology standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and operational resilience.
-
Review major engineering decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
-
Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.

9+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture, or fintech technology.

Proven experience designing high-availability distributed systems.

Strong cloud-native engineering expertise.

Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, networking, databases, and security.

Experience with financial systems or other mission-critical environments.
-
Excellent technical documentation and communication capabilities.
-
Strong leadership without requiring excessive managerial hierarchy.
-
Ability to translate business objectives into technically defensible architecture.
