Role Mandate
The Architect will be responsible for designing sophisticated technology foundations capable of supporting high-volume financial transactions, digital banking services, API-driven ecosystems, and next-generation fintech products.
This is an architecture-led position requiring the ability to transform business requirements into secure, resilient, scalable, and interoperable financial technology environments.
Key Responsibilities

Design enterprise-grade architectures for digital financial platforms.

Develop scalable payment and transaction-processing environments.

Establish API, microservices, cloud, and integration architecture patterns.

Define technical standards for fintech applications and financial data flows.

Evaluate cloud infrastructure and distributed-system technologies.

Develop architecture principles covering scalability, availability, performance, and resilience.

Collaborate with software engineering and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Review technical designs and identify architectural risks.

Support modernization of legacy financial systems.

Establish documentation, governance, and architecture-review processes.

Contribute to technology roadmaps aligned with commercial and operational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

8+ years of professional technology experience, with significant architecture responsibility.

Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and distributed systems.

Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, databases, and integration frameworks.

Understanding of payment processing and financial transaction lifecycles.

Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Ability to communicate complex architecture decisions to both technical and executive audiences.
