Commercial Intelligence Role
The Analyst will examine the economics behind fintech products, helping leadership understand exactly where revenue is generated, where costs accumulate and which customer segments create sustainable value.
This position combines financial analysis, product analytics and commercial intelligence rather than traditional accounting alone.
Responsibilities

Build profitability models for fintech products and customer segments.

Analyse transaction revenue, fees, acquisition costs and operational expenses.

Develop unit-economic frameworks for digital financial products.

Analyse customer lifetime value, acquisition costs and retention economics.
-
Identify revenue leakage and opportunities for margin improvement.
-
Develop financial forecasts and scenario models for new products.
-
Analyse transaction volumes and revenue trends.
-
Support pricing strategy and product-commercialisation decisions.
-
Prepare management dashboards covering revenue, margins and customer economics.
-
Conduct sensitivity analysis around pricing, volume and cost assumptions.

Present commercial findings and recommendations to product and executive teams.
Qualifications
-
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, fintech analytics, strategy, banking or commercial analytics.

Strong Excel and financial-modelling skills.

Advanced SQL or analytical-tool experience preferred.

Understanding of fintech revenue models and digital-product economics.

Strong quantitative reasoning and attention to detail.

Excellent ability to communicate analytical findings to non-financial stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business or a related discipline.

Indicative Compensation: OMR 2,800–4,200 per month + benefits.
