- Conduct fintech and WealthTech market research.
- Develop innovation proposals.
- Support product experimentation.

THE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Experience: 7–13+ years
Relevant backgrounds include:
- WealthTech
- Fintech
- Investment technology
- Financial analytics
- Data science
- Digital banking
- Financial consulting
- Product innovation
Technical knowledge of Python, SQL, machine learning, financial modelling, predictive analytics and data visualization is advantageous.
The ideal candidate combines financial sophistication, analytical depth and technological imagination.
Indicative Compensation
KWD 4,500 – 7,500 monthly
Final compensation may reflect experience, specialist capability and innovation responsibility.
