We are seeking a research-driven Digital Asset Market Strategy Advisor to analyse the rapidly evolving digital-asset ecosystem and translate market developments into commercially relevant strategic recommendations.
The role combines market intelligence, financial analysis, technology assessment, competitive research, and strategic planning.
Advisory Responsibilities

Develop strategic assessments for potential products and services.

Analyse market liquidity, transaction activity, customer demand, and competitive dynamics.

Evaluate technology platforms and ecosystem partnerships.

Prepare investment and market-entry assessments.

Identify emerging opportunities across tokenisation, digital custody, blockchain infrastructure, and financial applications.

Track technological developments affecting digital-asset markets.

Develop scenario analyses covering market expansion and adoption trends.

Produce executive-level intelligence reports and strategic recommendations.

Support senior leadership in evaluating new digital-finance opportunities.
Candidate Profile
-
7–10 years of experience in financial markets, fintech, investment research, strategy, consulting, or digital-asset technology.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Technology, or related field.

Strong understanding of financial markets and blockchain technology.

Excellent research, financial-modelling, and analytical capabilities.

Ability to distinguish technological innovation from commercially viable business models.

Strong executive presentation and written-analysis skills.

CFA, MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Indicative Compensation
OMR 3,600–5,400 monthly + benefits, depending on experience and advisory scope.
