Lifecycle Stages of Responsibility
System Initialization & Configuration
- Oversee configuration of core banking systems and digital financial platforms.
- Ensure system readiness for onboarding customers and processing transactions.
Transaction Lifecycle Management
- Monitor transaction initiation, processing, and settlement across platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data flows.
Operational Stability & Optimization
- Maintain continuous system performance under high transaction volumes.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
System Evolution & Scaling
- Support upgrades and enhancements to core banking infrastructure.
- Ensure systems are scalable for future fintech growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage lifecycle operations of core banking and fintech systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between financial modules.
