The position is fully remote, with strategic alignment to Bahrain’s internationally connected fintech environment and cross-border platform expansion models.

Core Responsibilities

• Design ecosystem growth strategies that expand platform reach through APIs, integrations, and strategic alliances.

• Define partnership frameworks for banks, fintech platforms, payment providers, and financial infrastructure players.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platforms are integration-ready and ecosystem-friendly.

• Establish metrics that measure ecosystem health, partner value creation, and platform leverage.

• Guide platform positioning within competitive and cooperative fintech landscapes.

• Continuously refine expansion strategies based on market feedback and platform performance.

Growth & Platform Expertise

• Extensive experience in fintech partnerships, platform growth, or ecosystem strategy.

• Strong understanding of how financial platforms scale through network effects rather than isolated products.

• Ability to balance commercial ambition with platform stability and trust.
