We are searching for a Lead Financial Intelligence & Payments Strategist to shape Qatar’s future digital payments landscape. The role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and blockchain to optimize financial operations, enhance fraud detection, and drive seamless payments innovation. This position requires an exceptional blend of strategic foresight, regulatory insight, and technical expertise.
Core Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven financial intelligence frameworks for real-time risk mitigation and fraud prevention.

Architect cutting-edge digital payment solutions integrating blockchain, tokenization, and multi-currency processing.

Collaborate with regional fintech ecosystems, regulatory authorities, and global technology partners.

Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

Design and execute enterprise-wide financial analytics dashboards to enable predictive and prescriptive insights.

Mentor remote teams and foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and operational rigor.
Required Experience & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

12+ years in financial intelligence, payments strategy, or fintech leadership roles.

Expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks, AML/KYC procedures, and GCC-specific financial standards.

Proven ability to deploy AI/ML in financial operations and payments optimization.

Strong leadership skills, including remote team management across multiple geographies.
